Recipe - Raspberry Granita

Rasp Granita

What summer tastes like: frozen berries! Simple & delicious recipe.

Ingredients

1 C berries (these are raspberries)

1 1/2 C coconut water

a few mint leaves

Honey or sugar to taste

Equipment

Blender

Ice Moulds 

Fork

Instructions

1. Blend the berries, coconut water and any extras you like.

2. Pour into ice moulds .

4. Freeze for 3-4 hours.

5. Fluff up the Granita using a fork after about an hour when it starts to get slushy, and then again when it’s all iced up.

Optional: Add some lemon or lime zest. Also works well with Yoghurt!
