Easily grates hard cheeses such as Parmesan and Romano, as well as wide range of fruits and vegetables, from pears, apples, and coconut to fresh carrots, peppers and ginger. All Microplane® 45000 Gourmet Series graters are dishwasher-safe, featuring all stainless steel frame and blade construction, non-slip rubber feet, and charcoal black, ergonomic, soft touch handles for a more comfortable, sure grip.

Care & Cleaning:

Grater is dishwasher safe. Please hand wash cover.
We recommend rinsing your grater in warm water immediately after each use. Remove trapped particles from the non-sharp side whenever possible
To remove trapped particles on the front, first soak the tool in warm water and then use a cleaning brush to stroke in the same direction as the teeth.
Store with blade covered when not in use.
