the 'Fast Slow Pro' is a multicooker with pressure and slow cook menus that automatically adjust time, temperature and pressure between fast and slow cooking. Dual sensors at the top and bottom monitor ingredients for more accurate temperature and pressure control, while the hands free steam release automatically varies across foods to maximise flavour and texture. Now you can pressure cook, slow cook, steam, reduce, saute and sear with the press of a button and you can rely on the fully interactive LCD to tell you when its building pressure, cooking and releasing steam.

Pressure and Slow Cook Capability: Pressure and slow cook menus automatically adjust time, temperature and pressure between fast and slow cooking. 8 pressure levels range from low (10kpa) for delicate foods to high (80kpa) for extra fast cooking. 3 heat settings allow slow cooking from 2 to 10 hours and automatically switches to keep warm at the end of cooking.

Additional Features: Hands-free variable steam release allows you to choose between Auto Quick to minimise overcooking of foods or recipes with short cooking times, Auto Pulse which releases pressure in bursts to reduce disturbance to the food inside and Natural to prevent the churning up or breaking apart of sensitive ingredients like stocks and beans. Wide wrap around moat catches condensation drips for a mess-free clean up.
