This elegant and easy-to-use decanter includes a decorative representation of the zodiac symbol for the Ox. This plate can also be used as a convenient handle when pouring.

Presented with a red and gold stripe down one side, the Zodiac Ox Decanter allows you to bestow good fortune, good luck, and happiness on the wine lover in your life. This colour in this handmade decanter is achieved by introducing rods of coloured crystal into the molten glass before the decanter has been formed.

The RIEDEL Bottle Cleaner cannot be used with this product as they can become lodged and unable to remove. Our master glassmakers individually craft each item so every piece has a unique character. Due to the nature of crafting, small tolerances in the size and weight of each product, tiny bubbles, imperfections, or slight surface variations are an acceptable part of the process.

CARE:
Caring for your RIEDEL Crystal
RIEDEL glasses are dishwasher safe. RIEDEL exclusively recommends MIELE
To avoid stains: use soft water (low mineral content)
To avoid scratches: Avoid glass contact with other glass or metal
To remove stains: use white vinegar
If available use a stemware rack

If washing by hand
Wash the glass under warm water (use detergent and rinse the glass carefully)
Glass polishing: Use two polishing cloths, never hold the glass by the base to polish the bowl
Stem snap: Occurs through mishandling = torque or bend pressure at the stem
Storage: Avoid glass storage in kitchen cabinets which have strong aromas that translates into glass

Microfiber Polishing Cloth
Wash at boiling temperature (to kill bacteria) with odorless soap
Should be machine washed at min. 170° F/75° C
Never use fabric softener when rinsing your microfiber polishing cloth (avoids grease film on surface)

We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt .We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in Australian dollars. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
