Meet Ronin kelp. "Wild Victoria beach cast & hand foraged roasted bull kelp & wild garlic soy sauce with a hint of wild green pink peppercorn leaves. Taking inspiration from shoyu tare, tamari & soy sauce. Think briny, dark salted caramel, coffee, chocolate and hazelnut notes and aromas to awaken your primordial senses with lingering umami. The sauce to replace all other seasonings.
Vegan and gluten-free.
Ingredients: Organic Tamari (water, soy beans, salt) water, sake, rice wine vinegar, wild garlic (Allium triquetrum), ginger, pink peppercorn leaf (Shinus molle), bull kelp (Durvillaea potatorum), shiitake mushrooms.
