Non-stick, mineral stone granitium internal coating, reinforced with mineral particles and extremely scratch resistant. Heavy-gauge forged aluminium body - 4.5mm + 0.5mm stainless steel with excellent base stability. Non-stick coating means the addition of cooking oils or butter is not necessary
