Casual Stock Replenishment Assistants

Job description

We are looking for casual Stock Replenishment Assistants to support our retail sales team during our busy summer period. Our South Melbourne showroom is a mecca for chefs, bartenders and home cooks alike! We are a diverse team of passionate foodies, working hard to support Melbourne's hospitality industry. Located across the road from South Melbourne Market, our showroom is a bustling retail store with exciting new products constantly coming in. You will report to our Retail Sales Manager and work closely with our retail team.


Your typical day

  • Refill (replenishing stock on shelves and keeping backstock tidy and organised)
  • Visual Merchandising (making sure our store and product look their best)
  • Being physically active (you'll be assisting our team to maintain our showroom to a high standard, which means climbing ladders, moving stock & working as a team)
  • Customer Service (we are a retail store, being friendly and approachable is a must)

Role requirements:

  • Available between October 2024 – February 2025. You'll still have your weekends free, we're looking for someone available to support our retail team on weekdays through the summer period.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
  • This role requires stamina for tasks like stocking shelves, climbing ladders, assisting customers, and more throughout the day
  • Knowledge or passion for our products is highly regarded
  • Be required to undergo pre-employment checks, including providing 2x Reference Checks and Work Rights Verification
