With the two included attachments, you have the ability to choose from 5 pasta shape options: ravioli, spaghetti, lasagne, fettucine (6mm) and tagliolini (1.5mm). Equipped with a 10-position regulating knob which allows you to adjust the machine to different dough thicknesses, from 4.8mm to 0.6mm
