A big challenge with buying a pre-blackened skillet is that you never really know what was used to season it.

To avoid anything unknown ending up in your food, we've created our own homemade conditioning balm. An all natural blend of lemon myrtle, beeswax and grapeseed oil, this aromatic balm will keep both your cast iron and your gut healthy.

This aromatic balm will keep both your cast iron and your gut healthy.

And it's easy to use.

After cleaning, warm your pan and evenly apply 1/4 tsp of the conditioning balm with a cloth or paper towel. As your pan cools the balm will create a beautiful (and natural) black cast iron finish.

One balm will last one Ironclad about a month.

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt .We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in Australian dollars. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
