Casual Retail Sales Advisors

At Chef’s Hat, we’re passionate about helping our customers find the right tools for the job. We’re seeking friendly and enthusiastic Casual Retail Sales Advisors to join our South Melbourne showroom and provide knowledgeable, welcoming service to everyone who walks through our doors.

These roles are available to start as soon as possible and require flexibility across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential, as training and support will be provided.

Retail Team Leader

Great customer experiences start with great people. We’re looking for an experienced Retail Team Leader to join our South Melbourne showroom, lead and support our team, and help create a welcoming environment for hospitality professionals and passionate home cooks alike.

Dispatch Officer

We’re looking for experienced Dispatch Officers to join the Chef’s Hat warehouse team, with multiple full-time opportunities available for an immediate start. You’ll help ensure customer orders are accurately prepared, checked and dispatched on time while working as part of a supportive and collaborative team.

These roles are currently based in South Melbourne and will relocate to Dandenong in early 2027. We offer a stable Monday-to-Friday roster, with possible overtime. Previous warehouse and dispatch experience is required, and a current forklift licence is desirable but not essential.
