A Made in Italy design icon since 1965, it is the most popular machine for making home-made pasta...and not only!

The new Atlas+ version takes the kitchen experience to the next level: it allows you to make one more pasta shape compared to previous models.
Its compact design lets you create four pasta types with just one tool: lasagna, fettuccine, tagliolini, and spaghetti.
Equipped with a 10-position regulating knob which allows you to adjust the machine to different dough thicknesses, from 4.8mm to 0.6mm
Convenient clamp secures the pasta machine to your work surface to ensure the machine remains stable during use
Bayonet fitting allows you to attach a pasta drive motor to streamline and speed up your work
Can be used with 10 accessories which are sold separately to make new pasta shapes.

Thickness-adjustment knob
Marcato machines are the only ones on the market with a 10-position thickness adjustment knob. Positioned on the left side, the numbering is clearly visible for immediate selection.

Rollers
Atlas uses the unique anodised aluminium rollers, which are suitable for food contact as they do not release harmful dust or particles. They can create 4 different formats: lasagna, fettuccine, tagliolini and spaghetti.

Combs and scrapers
Removable, for easy cleaning.

Bayonet coupling
It allows the machine to be used with the crank or the Pastadrive motor.

Oxycholouration
The organic pigments in the oxycholourisation process averts the possibility of particle release.

Care Instructions:
Do not wash the machine and accessories with water or in the dishwasher. Use a damp cloth and brush for cleaning.

Shipping & Returns

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
We will accept the return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in Australian dollars. For unwanted merchandise, the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.

RETURNS AND CREDITS

Please note a restocking fee will be applied, subject to conditions of sale. No claims or returns will be recognized unless made within 7 days of receipt of goods & relevant invoice number is quoted. We do not accept returns on indent (order in products), clearance items or any product subject to this quotation.

 

CANCELLATION

Cancellation of orders will incur a cancellation fee up to the total order amount. The implementation of this charge shall be solely up to Chef’s Hat Australia’s discretion.
