Pre-programmed Cycles:
Assign cycles to 5 buttons for popular drinks based on your menu. Select from over 100 pre-programmed cycles for maximum versatility. Additional custom cycles are available and can be easily downloaded with a memory card.

Stackable 2L Polycarbonate Container:
Stackable break-resistant polycarbonate jar stores in less space to free up your counter. Cutter assembly design features dual bearings for enhanced jar life.

All-metal Drive Coupling:
Durable all-metal drive clutch. Jar pad sensor turns motor off when jar is not in place to help prevent careless clutch grinding and extend the life of the jar.

Quiet Shield™ reduces blender noise:
Quiet Shield™ makes the Eclipse™ one of the quietest blenders in the world. Shield opens to a maximum height of only 22 inches / 56cm so that it can easily be installed under cabinets. Motor turns off when operator lifts Quiet Shield™ to ensure quiet blending every time.

Easy in-counter use:
Simply removing the lower housing allows the blender to be mounted in the counter for reduced noise levels and a lower profile.

Temperature Gauge:
Blender alerts operator before motor overheats to train against misuse. Blender features a cool-down cycle to quickly reduce motor temperatures and resume normal operation.

Shipping & Returns

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
We will accept the return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in Australian dollars. For unwanted merchandise, the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.

RETURNS AND CREDITS

Please note a restocking fee will be applied, subject to conditions of sale. No claims or returns will be recognized unless made within 7 days of receipt of goods & relevant invoice number is quoted. We do not accept returns on indent (order in products), clearance items or any product subject to this quotation.

 

CANCELLATION

Cancellation of orders will incur a cancellation fee up to the total order amount. The implementation of this charge shall be solely up to Chef’s Hat Australia’s discretion.
