The Ecoline Undercounter Glasshwasher by Smeg offers a reliable guarantee of hygiene for glassware, wine glasses, cups and plates up to 31cm in diameter, and are designed to meet the demands of bars and restaurants. The Ecoline Series is the new range of electronically controlled, single wall professional glasswashers made entirely in Italy and dedicated to bars, restaurants and social venues.

The AISI 304 stainless steel tank ensures resistance to oxidation, corrosion, and wear, offering durability for intensive use. The design, with molded tub bottoms and smooth basket guides, optimizes washing flow for perfect hygiene and cleaning performance

The control panel of the Ecoline models, available in both electronic and mechanical versions, is designed to provide a simple and intuitive user experience. The buttons allow the user to control the main functions like power, cycle selection, tank drainage and self-cleaning. The electronic version also displays washing programmes, cycle temperature and diagnostics information.

The innovative filtration system removes impurities, ensuring impeccable washes and preserving the quality of the dishes. Each cycle delivers perfect results by using the purest possible washing action, treating plates and glasses with the utmost care.

Warranty Period
The duration of the warranty is 24 months from the date of shipment and invoice from Smeg Professional Australia, any later installations need to be declared on the commissioning / warranty activation report form provided inside the appliance. This form should be completed in full and emailed to: professional.service@smeg.com.au
If the commissioning / warranty activation report form has not been completed and sent as described above, the warranty period is 24 months from the date of the Smeg appliance sales invoice.

Shipping & Returns

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
We will accept the return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in Australian dollars. For unwanted merchandise, the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.

RETURNS AND CREDITS

Please note a restocking fee will be applied, subject to conditions of sale. No claims or returns will be recognized unless made within 7 days of receipt of goods & relevant invoice number is quoted. We do not accept returns on indent (order in products), clearance items or any product subject to this quotation.

 

CANCELLATION

Cancellation of orders will incur a cancellation fee up to the total order amount. The implementation of this charge shall be solely up to Chef’s Hat Australia’s discretion.
