Description

Neutraclean is a concentrated Neutral Floor Cleaner designed for cleaning of all commercial and domestic floor surfaces. It contains surfactants that emulsify greasy soils and hold them in suspension without redepositing over other areas of the floor or surface being cleaned. It is ideal to use on polished, marble, and terrazzo floors It is safe to use on all surfaces, from vinyl to linoleum, slate, terrazzo, marble, sealed timber floors etc. And is suitable for use with either with Auto Scrubbers or manual cleaning methods.

Directions for use:
Heavy Soil: 1:10 parts water
Light Soil: 1:40 parts water
Dilution rates may be increased depending on the amount of dirt requiring to be removed. Mix required amount of Neutraclean with lukewarm water or cold water and apply on the floor with either an Auto Scrubber fitted with a scrubbing pad or use a mop and bucket to mop the floor with.

Safety:
Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Do not breathe neat product vapour or mist.

First Aid:
If poisoning occurs contact a doctor or poisons information centre. If swallowed, give 2 glasses of water and then see a doctor. If contact with eyes or skin, flood eyes with water for 15 minutes and then see a doctor.

Shipping & Returns

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
We will accept the return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in Australian dollars. For unwanted merchandise, the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.

RETURNS AND CREDITS

Please note a restocking fee will be applied, subject to conditions of sale. No claims or returns will be recognized unless made within 7 days of receipt of goods & relevant invoice number is quoted. We do not accept returns on indent (order in products), clearance items or any product subject to this quotation.

 

CANCELLATION

Cancellation of orders will incur a cancellation fee up to the total order amount. The implementation of this charge shall be solely up to Chef’s Hat Australia’s discretion.
