Bluebonnet is back! After the fire that took out the Collingwood venue, Owner, Chris Terlikar has found a new home in the 140 year old pub, The North Fitzroy Star. Bluebonnet are taking giant steps forward in progressing to be one of the best American BBQ eateries in Melbourne. Now with TWO smokers, a fantastic homely and comfortable fit-out and a brand new bar. Appropriately named Loretta, the moodly lit bar is now managed by none other than Oscar Eastman from famed, Eau De Vie.
