Waffle Bake

This dessert will blow your mind!

So decadent, so easy to make & so perfect for Christmas - Delicious!

• Le Creuset Baking Dish

Ingredients:

• 4 eggs
• 3/4 cup caster sugar
• 600ml cream
• Waffles
• 3 blocks Lindt chocolate (We’re using a mix of dark, milk & caramel)
• 1 cup Frozen raspberries
• 1 TBS Butter to grease dish

Method:

1. Pre heat oven to 170c
2. Beat eggs & sugar until combined, add cream
3. Grease baking dish
4. Add 3 layers off waffle, egg mixture, chocolate then raspberries
5. Cover with foil then cook for 30 min
6. Uncover, then cook for another 15 min
7. Serve on it’s own or with Greek yoghurt
