Description

The safest and most effective way to clean. The Gozney® M.O.P. is a first of its kind stone cleaning tool, developed in-house to respond to the needs of the best pizza chefs. A bristle-free construction to prevent shedding, with a dual-purpose head built to withstand high temperatures. On one side, a stainless steel scraper blade loosens stubborn pizza debris without damaging the stone. On the other, an aramid fiber sponge – durable, removable, replaceable – steams and wipes away residue.
