The Bromic PP1700 Two-door Pizza Prep Fridge is an excellent way to cut down on food preparation time and increase efficiency in the kitchen.
It combines three functions in one cabinet. It provides quick access to your fresh ingredients and ensures their freshness throughout the shift, thanks to dual-airflow technology.
Under counter refrigerated storage is fitted with extra-wide doors and is large enough to keep pizza dough trays. A spacious 480mm wide removable cutting board provides plenty of workspace.
Specifically designed for professional kitchens, this pizza prep counter also boasts an industry-leading ambient temperature rating of 43°C with the lids closed and 34°C when the lids are open.
Compliant with Australian Food Safety regulations, it is an ideal food preparation station for pizzerias, sandwich shops, cafes and coffee shops or any other takeaway business in a need of a superior kitchen efficiency.
