This grater excels in grating cheddar and other cheeses, as well as wide range of fruits and vegetables, such as apples, onions, cabbage and potatoes. Pair it with the Grater Attachment for the ultimate in finger protection. All Microplane® 45000 Gourmet Series graters are dishwasher-safe, featuring all stainless steel frame and blade construction, non-slip rubber feet, and charcoal black, ergonomic, soft touch handles for a more comfortable, sure grip.

Care & Cleaning:

Grater is dishwasher safe. Please hand wash cover.
We recommend rinsing your grater in warm water immediately after each use. Remove trapped particles from the non-sharp side whenever possible.
To remove trapped particles on the front, first soak the tool in warm water and then use a cleaning brush to stroke in the same direction as the teeth.
Store with blade covered when not in use.

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt .We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in Australian dollars. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
