The Dynamic Master Series MX160 mixer will mix, blend, puree, emulsify, up to 100 litres in just a few minutes. Ideal for pureeing many types of cooked vegetables or similar products. Perfect for nurseries or for dietetic environments: puree of vegetables lightly pulverised, porridge, raw carrots puree, fruits cream, etc.

It allows you to blend, puree, mix, & emulsify directly in the cooking pot.
Indispensable for soup preparations, salad dressings, gravy, sauces, mayonnaise, re-fried beans, batters and many other products.
